1. Parties
FOP Yutysh Oleksandr, address: 7B Levka Lukyanenka Street, Apt. 11, Kyiv, 04212, Ukraine, offers users to enter into an agreement for use of Strum.
A user is an individual or legal entity that creates an account, subscribes, pays for services or actually uses the service.
2. Acceptance
The user accepts this offer during registration by reviewing it, selecting the checkbox that confirms agreement with the Public Offer, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and clicking the account-creation or Google continuation button. When the account is created, an agreement for the use of Strum is formed between the user and the provider.
Account creation activates only the free plan and does not itself start a trial or paid subscription. By clicking the button that starts a trial or paid subscription, the user additionally confirms the selected plan, requests immediate access to it, and agrees to its price, term, automatic-renewal conditions and cancellation rules shown before checkout.
3. Subject
The provider gives the user access to Strum features: portfolio, asset, transaction, budget, financial goal, broker import, analytics, rebalancing and other digital service capabilities.
Strum does not provide brokerage, investment, banking, legal or tax services and does not make investment decisions for the user.
4. Provider rights and obligations
- Provide access to paid or free features according to the selected plan.
- Maintain service availability subject to maintenance, updates and circumstances outside the provider control.
- Change functionality, prices or terms and notify users through the site or other available channels when needed.
- Restrict access in case of violations, abuse, security risk or legal requirements.
5. User rights and obligations
- Use the service according to this offer, the Terms of Service and applicable law.
- Provide accurate information, independently verify financial data and not share account access with third parties.
- Pay for selected paid plans on time if the user chooses to use them.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, attacks, restriction bypassing or third-party rights violations.
6. Price, payment and subscriptions
Service prices, available plans, subscription term, and the date and amount of the next charge are shown on the pricing page or immediately before checkout.
New subscriptions and card verification for trials are processed through plata by mono (monobank) internet acquiring. Subscriptions and stored payment methods created earlier may continue to be processed through WayForPay.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled. By subscribing, the user authorizes the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges under the conditions shown before checkout.
Paid access is activated after payment confirmation or successful payment-method verification for a trial. The user is responsible for accurate payment information and sufficient funds for future charges.
6.1. Trial period
A user who has not previously had a Strum trial or subscription and meets the service eligibility criteria may activate one free 7-day trial of a selected paid plan.
The trial is not granted automatically at registration. To start it, the user selects a plan and adds a card. After successful card verification, plan features become available immediately, and the payment provider stores the card as a tokenized payment method for automatic renewal.
No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless the user cancels before the trial ends, the first charge for the selected monthly or yearly period will be made on the trial end date at the price shown before activation.
7. Subscription cancellation and agreement termination
The user may turn off automatic renewal at any time through “Settings — Billing” or by sending a request to the provider contact email.
If the user cancels the 7-day trial before the first charge date, no subscription fee is charged. Trial-plan access remains available until the trial ends, after which the account returns to the free plan.
When a paid subscription is canceled, automatic renewal stops and paid access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself create an automatic refund.
The user may terminate the agreement by deleting the account in settings or by sending a corresponding request to the provider. The agreement terminates when account deletion is confirmed or when the provider completes the corresponding request. Account deletion is irreversible and does not create an automatic right to a refund. Termination does not cancel obligations that arose before the termination date.
Where a subscription is managed by an external partner or Telegram bot, the user must cancel payment separately through that channel. Canceling Strum access does not automatically cancel the external subscription.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Ukrainian law.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the applicable plan terms, request timing, actual service use and legal requirements. To submit a request, the user should contact the support email.
9. Data, cookies and privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics and marketing tags, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel, are used only after user consent.
10. Liability
The provider is not responsible for the user investment decisions, profits, losses, tax consequences, errors in user-entered data or data received from external sources.
The provider liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant service period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure, including war, cyberattacks, provider outages, actions of public authorities or other events outside the reasonable control of the parties.
12. Term, changes and law
This offer is effective from publication on the site. The provider may update the offer, and the current version is always available on this page. The agreement is governed by Ukrainian law.
