Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Strum and use of the service for investment portfolio, capital, budgeting, goals, analytics and related features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Strum or creating an account, the user agrees to these Terms. By creating an account, the user also accepts the Public Offer. The service is provided by FOP Yutysh Oleksandr.

If the user does not agree with the Terms, the user must not use the service.

2. Service description

Strum helps track investments, assets, transactions, budgets, goals, broker imports, analytics, rebalancing and related financial metrics.

Strum is not a broker, bank, investment adviser, asset manager or tax adviser. Information in the service is not individual investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

3. Account and security

• The user is responsible for the accuracy of data provided or imported into Strum.
• The user must keep account access secure and must not share it with third parties.
• Strum may restrict or suspend access where there are signs of Terms violations, fraud, abuse or security risk.

4. Plans, payments and refunds

Some Strum features are available under a paid subscription. Registration creates a free plan and does not automatically activate a trial. An eligible user may activate one 7-day trial of a selected paid plan after card verification.

New subscriptions and card verification are processed through plata by mono, while subscriptions and payment methods created earlier may continue to be processed through WayForPay. Current plans, prices, the first or next charge date, and automatic-renewal conditions are shown before checkout. Refunds may be available under the Public Offer, applicable plan terms, legal requirements and actual service use.

5. User responsibilities

• Do not use the service for illegal activity, restriction bypassing, attacks, scraping or interference with Strum operation.
• Independently verify financial data, calculations, rates, broker reports and tax consequences.
• Do not upload malicious code, unlawful materials or data the user is not allowed to process.
• Comply with laws applicable to the user investment activity.

6. Data, cookies and privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics and marketing tags, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel, load only after user consent.

7. Intellectual property

Strum, its design, code, text, logos, service structure and other materials belong to Strum or their respective rights holders. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Strum does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or full accuracy of data received from external sources or entered by the user.

The user independently makes investment, financial and tax decisions. Strum is not liable for profits, losses, tax consequences or decisions made based on information in the service.

9. Termination

The user may turn off automatic renewal through “Settings — Billing.” Trial or paid-plan access remains available until the corresponding period ends, after which the account returns to the free plan. Canceling before the trial ends prevents the first charge.

The user may terminate the agreement by deleting the account or contacting the provider email. Payments for subscriptions managed by an external partner must be canceled separately through the applicable channel. Detailed cancellation, termination and refund rules are set out in the Public Offer.

Strum may terminate or restrict access in case of Terms violations, legal requirements or risk to the service or other users.

10. Changes, law and contact

Strum may update these Terms. The current version is available on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
